Shubhankar Srivastava, Co-Founder & CTO at Radicali, is building the first digital assistant for compliance. He hails from the city of dreams, Bom..sorry Mumbai, and calls Pilani his second home(first?).
Shubhankar did Computer Science from BITS Pilani(‘13-‘17), and dived straight into Machine Learning & AI thereafter. He worked in the Data Science team at Myntra for an year, building algorithms to show you which dresses you like! Previously, he’s interned at Belong.co, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Yrals Digitals, and loved every part of it :)
Shubhankar loves to play Lawn Tennis, and wouldn’t miss an opportunity to get on the court. For the past couple years, he has tried to keep himself on a regular running schedule. Circumstances conspire against him, but he finds his way somehow.
Welcome to Shubhankar’s blog.
Welcome to #238
Over the last week, our team was busy working on a State Machine for our no-code app builder. Probably i’ve been listening to too much Lex Fridman, but this has made me wonder about the FSM sitting inside our skulls. If we can learn the triggers coupled with state transitions, we can probably master our mind. For example, if i wake up and look at a text message which yells fire, my brain is going to transition to a state where i take bad decisions without thinking them through.
Work has been hard...
I started a podcast called “Early Twenties” with my friends, where we talk about navigating our early twenties in a more meaningful way. Fresh episodes drop every Sunday, have a listen!
I’ve run one full-marathon, one 30K run, and seven half-marathons, many more in the pipeline! I’m a numbers guy, can’t resist putting out my timings :)
